With 6 guest and accommodates 7 could do with another bathroom. But otherwise great for what we wanted.

Lovely stay and the pool was such a bonus! We loved saying hello to the horses and the location is perfect for exploring the Lincolnshire coastal towns. The property was lovely and plenty of room for us all. The cooking facilities were good for a short stay once we had some help working out the hob buttons.. Marie was excellent and came to the rescue right away!

Great place to stay and close to lots of attractions by the coast. Pool is lovely and the outside space for children to play in is great for family holidays. Would recommend!
