We arrived early and she allowed us to check in early to the house. Was incredibly fast and responsive when we had questions regarding the AC. Mid-stay, we advised that we accidentally broke the pool thermostat.she responded by prime same-saying a new thermostat and a couple floaters to help us enjoy the pool. Was an overall great experience

This property is exactly as described and photographed ... big, beautiful, well-appointed and exceptionally clean. The house easily accommodated our party of 6 adults and 4 children and the furnishings, including beds, are comfortable and of very good quality. The back yard is huge (southern exposure) and has something for everyone including a fabulous pool, BBQ area, sheltered sitting area, fire table, basketball hoop and a nice turf area that is ideal for small children or games. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, it's a 5 minute walk to a park/play center and you can walk for groceries, shopping or restaurants all within a 15 minutes. Loralee is an excellent host and I know everyone in my family is already looking forward to returning in 2025. No hesitation at all in highly recommending this property for anyone looking to stay in Goodyear.

This place was as advertised. Given some of my experiences, there is a lot to be said for this. Loralee was great to work with and always communicated in a timely fashion! We would rent from Loralee again!

The home was well-maintained and located near a lot of amenities. We were a group of 10 adults but the house was large enough to accommodate all of us without feeling cramped. The fire pit in the backyard was a welcome gathering place each morning too!
