This is a spacious home. Comfortable and well laid out with the master suite on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms and a bathroom on the other. It was great for our family. The screened in porch on the back is awesome - it feels more like an outdoor room than a patio. We used it a lot. Other than the presence of a car in the driveway, you’d never know there was anyone in the basement appartement. The attached garage was a huge bonus as I was there with my two boys who were attending hockey camp and it was great to have a big area (separate from the house) where they could lay their gear out to dry everyday. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet and all the trees made the property private and peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at John's beautiful house. We needed to stay for a week before we could move our daughter into her apartment for university. It is in a very convenient location, very spacious & had all the amenities we needed plus more. I would definitely recommend.

This house was a perfect home base for our trip! Close to Charlottetown and east access to highways to travel to the rest of the island! The screened in porch was a definite family favorite, perfect for winding down after a days activities! Also, there is a little gem of a park down the lane if you have playground age kids!
