Cozy up to the gas fireplace in the open and inviting family room or enjoy a game/movie night in the loft. The open concept kitchen and living area makes entertaining and spending time with friends & family, easy! We are a short drive to Camelback, Kalahari, outlets, casino & many restaurants. Our updated Mountain Retreat has over 2300 Sq ft and includes a living room with gas fireplace that is open to a modern/open concept kitchen! Master bedroom ( King bed), master bath + a hall 1/2 bath and laundry are all included on the 1st floor as well. Upstairs you will find an open loft area with 2 comfortable couches, a flat screen TV, board game closet, PACman arcade game and air hockey. Upstairs there are also 4 large bedrooms with large closets in each and 2 full bathrooms ( 1 with a tub/shower combo and 1 with stand up shower). Outside is a very large deck with plenty of room to spread out and relax, gas grill, multiple seatings areas, Hot tub which fits 6 adults, fire pit area and a large private yard. The Driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles. Our home is located in the Big Bass Lake Community, an award-winning and Gold Star Certified Premier Community located in the Pocono Mountains. Daily pass: weekend or holiday $10/per day - per person. Week pass (non-holiday): $30 per week/per person. Holiday week: $50 per week/per person. IMPORTANT: Due to the Community rules and regulations - Once booking with us, please provide your full name, your email, phone number, home address, and full names & ages of all guests in the reservation, which is required from the community for each reservation. If this info is not submitted 4 business days before check-in we will charge $50 to cover fines from the community. If there are any changes in the rental/tenant group(s) after Registration details have been submitted, a $30 change fee will apply for each rental change (must be done at least 2 days before your check-in date). Fines may be imposed if the change form is not received before the rental date. Renters are required to produce their vehicle’s plate number and valid driver’s license upon entry into the community. Any fines imposed are the Renter’s responsibility.
