You will enjoy a 570 sqf private rooftop patio with BBQ grill and heater and fully equipped suite with in suite washer/dryer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, 55 inch 4K smart TV, in suite AC unit and work desk. A level 2 J1772 charger for you to charge free of « charge »! Small pets are welcomed. This spacious 610 sqf studio has open living room, kitchen, dining area and pull-down Murphy bed and bathroom with large bath tub. It is a high-ceiling corner unit on the second level with unobstructed water front view of the Bazan Bay with a work desk should you need to conduct some work. It also opens out into a large 570 sqf private roof top patio for summer evening under the stars!

Thomas and Sylvie's place had everrrrrryyything we needed. Each and everything anyone would ever need from different roasted/decaf coffee to airfryer, pots for some ramen, we didnt get a chance to use the patio coz we had only 2 days and roamed around. the view is amazing from the bedroom and living room. All instructions were perfect, helped a lot as we were getting a lil cold and couldn't figure out the heater settings haha but the manual helped a lot. we have saved this for future. Its perfect for our lil family. Cheers!

Functional level 2 EV charger, unlike other listings in this area. This is a lovely and spacious home, great views, great location, we hope to stay again.
beautiful view of the sea from the living room couch and bedroom! simple, slick, modern look. Both the living room murphey bed and the bedroom bed were comfortable. This place was all about the view for me.

North Saanich is a beautiful, safe and quiet with bike and walk paths along the water front and into Sidney. Sidney downtown is full of bakeries, breweries, wineries, bistro’s and boutiques for all your needs. Make sure you stop at Farmer’s Daughter for a nice wine and cheese pairing selection from the owner! Within a 15 min drive there are numerous parks and beaches (Island View Beach regional park, Lochside Drive Waterfront park, John Dean provincial park, Coles Bay park, Patricia Bay).
Good walking distance to Sidney downtown or 2 minutes drive. 5 minutes (2.8 Km) from Victoria International Airport, 7 minutes (7.8 Km) to the Swatz Bay ferry to Vancouver. 15 minutes (9 Km) to the famous Butchard Gardens, and 20 minutes (25 Km) drive to Victoria
