Loved where this apartment was- really close to beach and 40 minute walk to St Ives. Right by train so you can go anywhere and also by the Coastal Path, so we did a lot of walking. I think the apartment needs updating in terms of decor but overall it had everything we needed, except pint glasses and I would have liked a king size bed! Maybe a welcome folder with current leaflets for things in Cornwall/ surrounding areas/ recommendations would have been helpful. We, unfortunately, had a family above us with a crying baby that made our stay less comfortable as the ceilings are thin. Welcome bubbly was a lovely surprise- thank you. Overall a good place to stay.

WOW! That was the first thing that my son and I said together when we entered Alexandra’s house. What an amazing place, with wonderful ocean views from most rooms. The beach is a few minutes walk away.. the beautiful Carbis Bay. The train to St Ives is 2 minutes walk and you get to St Ives in 3 minutes by train. The flat had everything we needed and more. And Alex was such a great host, welcoming, flexible and thoughtful. I would definitely stay at Alex’s place every time I go down to Carbis Bay/St Ives. Thank you Alex for the great experience.

Home from home apartment in stunning location, Alex was a great host and always responded quickly. Would highly recommend, but not for people with physical disabilities due to steps, but this is clearly mentioned in advert. Thank you Alex xx
