This place is a Gem. Apartment was spotless and smelt lovely when we walked in everything you needed. So peaceful too Graham gave us a breakfast basket which was really nice. The gardens are beautiful and we fed the fish in the fish pond we loved are couple a days here Graham and Anette are great hosts made us feel very welcome and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place. It’s beautiful. We will definitely return. Thank you Grahame Annette for making our stay a memorable one.

Lovely little place set in beautiful large mature gardens with a lake, with countryside walks from the door. Not far from Cambridge and lovely villages and pubs. Graham is a friendly and very helpful host, warmly welcomed us and our dogs, and even provided complimentary croissants, juice, milk and bread for our first morning :) thank you!

This is probably the nicest place I’ve found on air bnb. Graham is friendly and welcoming and the flat is warm and comfortable, perfect for a trip to the races at Newmarket. I hope to stay there again.

We have had a wonderful break at Graham's beautiful cottage. Accommodation is spotless and so pretty. The gardens are stunning, and our two pooches loved it there. We had days out in Newmarket and Bury St.Edmunds, and took a Park and Ride into Cambridge. Graham and Annette are lovely and we enjoyed chatting to them. What made our trip extra special were those extra little touches......Milk, bread, croissants , eggs and butter on arrival, torches for the evening walk, lovely towels and bedding. Would return in a heartbeat!
