I recommend you stay in this house. We were expecting 9 guests but only 8 flew in for our Bachelorette Party and we were able to fit comfortably. Our basic necessities were met. It's a beautiful home with potential to be better with a little maintenance. We loved the location of it. There's a burger restaurant walking distance, convenient stores, and liquor store. There's also a Walmart that's a 5 minute drive and I was able to order a Uber XL for $13. You will save money staying here. This property is like a 10 min drive from the strip and like 20 from Freemont. Our Uber/Lyft rides were between $15-$25 since everything is near by. I was happy with the communication I received from the host. They were quick to respond to any questions/concerns I had. Very attentive, direct, and professional. If you really want to stay here because it has a pool included, I would just recommend you ask the host if the pool is clean and ready for use. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This place was great and met our needs perfectly. About 15 minutes to either the strip or downtown. The house's amenities were great and we were all able to stay nice and comfortable at the house. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to come to Las Vegas and is looking for a stand alone house.

Our group of 13 had a great time at this location. House was very clean and everything was as described. Some minor touch ups needed for certain things but did not take away from our overall experience. The hosts are very responsive. Very good experience

we wanted this place because of the pool and pool table. pool table was unusable. also the drops in the floor plan need to be more noticable. my elderly mother fell when we first came into the home because of the drop. other than that this is a great place!

Great place to stay with the family. C lean and comfortable. 10 min from The strip and the airport.
