Just returned from a few days stay at Ann-Marie’s place. We had a fantastic time there and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. The cottage is exactly as described and has a really lovely feel to the place. Everything was immaculately clean and tidy. Ann-Marie was there to welcome us and was there whenever we needed her. She even baked us some fresh scones which were amazing! Carna itself is a quiet sleepy village but we found the 2 local pubs so welcoming. Tigh Mhorain is right in the centre and was definitely our favourite….a proper local pub but Peter couldn’t have welcomed us tourists any more if he’d tried! All in all a superb time was had and we can’t wait to book this place again next year!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Carna bei Ann Marie sehr genossen. In Carna war es sehr ruhig. Vorteilhaft, wenn manRuhe nracuht, ein wenig nachteilig, wenn man Unternehmungen sucht.

We enjoyed our stay in Annmaries chalet. We got 6 sunny days which made the holiday even more enjoyable. Good location, near beaches and close to village shops and restaurant. Would recommend without hesitation.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Carna. Le logement est bien placé pour aller randonner au parc National du Connemara et pour se balader sur la route de bord de mer jusqu'à Clifden. Quelques très belles plages bien cachées à quelques kilomètres.
