Originally from Ontario Canada, my husband, Byron and I wanted a tranquil life, a simpler life. We explored the the coastal states of Nayarit and Jalisco Mexico. With thoughts of ocean breezes, beautiful beaches and mesmerizing sunsets, our tranquil life turned out to be in the Sierra Madre Mountains in the quaint town of El Tuito. El Tuito, place of beauty, located 50 minutes south from the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta. Our life is peaceful and full of our many interests. With a background in Organic farming, sustainable building and working in a French restaurant, Byron(named after Lord Byron) is able to apply his extensive knowledge on our 1250 square meter property. Our extensive gardens is where Byron can be found or in the kitchen, creating delicious international fare. I spend my time in my studio designing clothing, purses and dog bags. When it's my turn in the kitchen, I go for the sweeter side. I make homemade ice cream, pies and chocolate mousse cakes, that I sell locally. Life is lovely and we look forward to sharing a peace of our paradise with you!
