The house is located quite near the city centre and the High Street is easy to find and there is a beautiful new bathroom. The hostess was flexible with myself bringing a road bike which was much appreciated. She also allowed me to leave a little bit later as I arrived quite late.. However, I found the room little bit too small and the ability not to be able to open the window made me feel a little claustrophobic. I understand and empathise that the hostess would like her privacy to the overlooking garden but I thought I’d just let People know what to expect.

A lovely place to stay near to the station and the seafront. I stayed for a night in the single room which was cosy while also having plenty of space. The bathroom has a great bath and shower. Lee-Marie was very helpful and quick to respond with any queries.

Great location for exploring St Leonard’s, warm and cosy in winter, close to station, great amenities in particular bathroom, and Lee Marie was very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend
