The bedroom is at the rear of the flat so it’s lovely and quiet. In there there is a large work desk and chair as well as comfy double bed with goosedown bedding, double wardrobe and Victorian feature fireplace (not in use). The kitchen is also to the rear of the flat and although pretty small there is a breakfast bar and two stools. The kitchen leads out onto a patio garden but it’s not currently in use as I’m yet to renovate this space. The sitting room has a mustard yellow sofa that can turn into a small sofa bed for extra guest, arm chair, coffee table and luxurious Berber rug. In the bay window is a table and four chairs.
