Pros: We stayed over thanksgiving. The house is nice and well kept. Good neighborhood, close to Yosemite. Cons: Towels in the brisk of decomposition, like literally! Asked for more towel and was told “you already have many!” Yes if you include the small little ones that smelled horrible! Do you like coffee? Bring Nespresso cups ! No other option! Do you like tea? No kettle to make hot water!

We spend a weekend in this gorgeous house. It was a nice, clean and beautiful place. The house was the same as explained in pictures. There was an hour driving distance to Yosemite valley. The host was very responsive and friendly to communicate. Overall it was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay. 😊 However, we had some issues with checking in. The house is located in a gated neighborhood and our names were not in the guest lists. So we couldn't even get into the neighborhood at the beginning and it worried us. Fortunately the issue was resolved 10 min later, after we contacted the host. So you may need to confirm with the host that you are in the guest list before arriving to the gate! After that we got surprised with a $42 charge at the gate to get a pass to the property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and pictures were accurate. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms had extra blankets and pillows. We specially loved the deck that wraps around the entire house.

Great updated home in Groveland. Awesome kitchen. Walking distance to Dunn St beach. Powerful AC and great WiFi. When we stayed there were no curtains on the bedrooms which did create limited privacy for the bedrooms on the main and lower levels. would stay again.

Love this place. The house overall is very lovely and clean. The 5 minute walk to the lake was a great experience. Really recommend if anyone wants to come to Yosemite and nearby places. We had an amazing time with our family.
