The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood and is completed secluded by trees, providing us with a private, homey feel for our stay! We really appreciated the cleanliness and lack of clutter in the cabin. The place is very organized, and the kayaks & canoe were a great asset! Would've been nice if the firewood was stored out of the elements since it rained some every day of our stay, but we purchased dry firewood and enjoyed sitting around the fire in the evening. Would definitely recommend this place, and Charlie is a great host! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Such a wonderful place to stay! We had a relaxing weekend at this beautiful, well stocked, squeaky clean cabin. And we had so much fun on the pontoon. We would definitely stay here again!

Charlie's home on the Trade River, just a short distance to Trade Lake was a great find for our stay in Grantsburg WI. Home was all that was advertised. Clean, well stocked with the necessities for a comfortable stay. A plus that was not expected, was the availability of a garage to store our car out of the weather. Charlie was very responsive and knowledgeable to a couple of questions we had. Price was very reasonable for this excellent accommodation. We had an absolute great time at Charlie’s cabin. Its like the perfect cabin. It was very quiet and peaceful. You would occasionally hear the fish jump in the water and deer walk by the yard. Our favorite was the screened in porch under the deck. It rained one of the afternoons and we were able to sit outside in the porch while playing games and enjoy the rain storm. We did opt to rent the pontoon and felt that definitely made it worth the trip. Was great to explore the rest of the lake and able to anchor and swim when it was hot out. I definitely could see us coming back here!

Great secluded cabin in the woods! Plenty of space to hang out, with multiple screened areas to avoid bugs. We went on the pontoon on the lake, used the swing set, kayaked, and enjoyed Grantsburg attractions. Kitchen is small but we mostly used the grill anyway! Comfy beds and perfect sleeping arrangement for our family of 4. Thanks for the great stay!
