DO NOT BOOK! We checked in and immediately checked out. The pictures are from years ago. Nothing looks like the pictures. It is very old and broken down. The owner met us to check us in because they live directly across the driveway and can see in your home.. Plus, she needed to show us how to turn on and off lights in the ceiling because the electrical is not wired properly. We did not feel safe sleeping in a house that dilapidated. Lastly, the owner, Laura, refused to refund us. We had to send pictures to Airbnb to prove the situation because there is no description of the property. Apparently, if there is no property description, the guest can not prove it was inaccurately marketed to get a refund. It seems this Host is aware of the loopholes to keep your money. Very sad for our family vacation.

What a beautiful place. It was far nicer than the pictures! I love that it’s an older, rustic home that has been maintained very well. Owners live on property in the house adjacent. They walked us through at checkin and were very welcoming. I will note that they gave us plenty of privacy. :) The property also hosts a beautifully kept campground for a few campers. Everything was very spread out and our location was separate from that. The common area is located at the bottom of the drive, which pretty steep. Just something to note if you have trouble with walking on that type of terrain. However, we were able to drive our small keep down to transport. In the common are is plenty of seating, a grill, dock, swim mat and an amazing spot for bonfire on the River. There was even a waterproof usb speaker to connect to! And kayaks/paddles to use. In addition, it is dog friendly. We loved it so much, that we rebooked for Fall and will be bring our dogs! Very special place.

Laura and her husband were wonderful hosts! We didn’t get in until after 10 pm and they were very welcoming and greeted us at the house to show us around and give some little tips, then invited us down to the river for a fire. They were very responsive and gave local recommendations. They had three very sweet dogs on the property too! The property has gorgeous views and is right down from the river where they have chairs, a fire pit, a dock, kayaks. It was such a wonderful property. Inside was so homey and had everything we needed. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!! :) Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Really nice view of the Tennessee river. Enjoyed the deck out back!
