large room with everything you needed and nicely decorated xx the location is perfect, right in the city centre near all the shops xx we parked a 2 minute walk a way and it cost only £9.95 for 24 hours. It’s located in a hotel and the check in was quick and easy, staff were friendly and it smelt so nice! x

We arrived at the hotel at 14:40 and check in was after 3pm. Despite the room being ready and available, we had to wait until 3pm to get in which seemed strange. They even put our bags in the room but didn’t let us go to it until 3pm. wouldn’t recommend staying here as a 3 as the sofa bed was in terrible condition to sleep in. The lights in the room were very hit and miss when they would work. The room is spacious and walkable distance to everything. The room was clean. It had everything you needed and worked well for what we wanted. Some staff were friendly. I can’t say communication was good. I was left for days with no answers about parking and check in and they responded an hour before the check in. Understandably a busy time, but our messages were often ignored. Over all, it was an ok stay and we weren’t put off by the noise but very expensive for what it was and could’ve had a much better service overall.

We paid to stay for at Patrick’s weekend . The host did not communicate with us effectively and did not provide us with the code to access the property . When asking for assistance it took over an hour to get one reply back and these appeared to be auto generated AI messages . They were aware we could not access the property and simply messaged back to message or call them detailing the issue . The phone numbers they provided do not work and they are unresponsive . I contacted Airbnb customer service and they did not manage to contact the host either so all in all ended up getting a full refund and having to book somewhere else last minute . Bearing in mind we were trying for over three to four hours to get in contact with the host we were stranded in Liverpool with no accommodation . Absolutely have never experienced anything like this before

Good spot, great location and good value
