Welcome to Cobia Cottage in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach! This spacious three bed/two bath house has everything you need to escape from everyday life. Bike to the beach and come back to the refreshing outdoor shower, sink a putt or two or eat lunch al fresco on the large patio with gas grill; or just relax on plush furnishings and enjoy a movie on one of the huge smart HD TVs. The house sits only 1.5 miles from PV beach, a short drive to Jacksonville Beach, and a 10 min drive to the Mayo Clinic. In this cozy home you can enjoy a good book, play a board game with the family, play video games, or sit back and watch your favorite movie or show on one of three large TVs. You can also enjoy the quiet backyard under the hanging lights on the comfortable couch, the large outdoor dining table or spacious hammock. Or you can take it up a notch and roast smores by the firepit, sinks some puts on the new putting green and cook a meal on the gas grill. Outdoor games such as bocce ball, cornhole and a giant Connect Four are available, as well as several brand new beach cruiser bikes. Home a little small but nice with good amenities. Home stocked with drinks and things I haven’t seen at other places which was top notch class and amenity. Needs a tv still in the twin bed room instead of art on wall. Home has nice touches especially in back yard. Great host. Neighborhood spotty and next door neighbor home a negative spot. Overall good experience and place but a little pricey for size of home and neighborhood.
Nicholas’s home was clean and exactly as described, and was especially notable for a beautiful, private backyard to hangout with the family after a day at the beach. My kids had a blast making s’mores by the fire pit, using the putting green, and tossing frisbee. There was also plenty to do on the day we were rained out at the beach, with a big selection of board and video games. All the streaming selections were available also on the big screen. One thing that really stood out was how well stocked the home was. Everything you need for a day at the beach was available. Any toiletry item you may have forgotten to pack was there. The gift basket and bottle of wine were very thoughtful and appreciated.
This house was stocked with everything which made it awesome with our family. It was also clean and decorated nicely. Our kids enjoyed the backyard toys as well! Thanks for hosting us!
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Ponte Vedra. So many thoughtful touches and all the amenities you could need. Great set up and lots to do for kids. So nice to be able to stay and not worry about anything as it was all taken care of and the hosts were very responsive.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in Ponte Vedra Beach that is perfect for walking and biking. A local park and large green space are in the neighborhood right down street!
Jacksonville Beach is a short 5 minute drive up A1A and secluded Mickler Beach is just 10 minutes south. The world famous Mayo Clinic is a 15 minute drive east.
Limited parking available at Ponte Vedra Beach. Inquire with hosts for access to nearby beach club (additional charges apply). Plenty of public beach parking in Jacksonville Beach to the north and Mickler Beach to the south (maps available in guest book at property).

When we aren't busy at our corporate jobs, we love spending time at the beach, exploring the growing Jacksonville culinary scene and traveling throughout the country.
