Dee was great, and her place was so comfy! The backyard was perfect for us to hang out - private, clean, gorgeous landscaping, and grass for my pup to run around. My daughter could play catch with my husband, and we sat on the outdoor patio and chatted all afternoon. The house was well kept, comfortable, and well stocked in case you forgot to bring anything. Clear instructions were provided for everything. The beach is walkable, and on a sidewalk. There is one main road crossing at a crosswalk with a light. The distance is manageable, but if you’re bringing kiddos, def recommend a wagon to tote all your beach gear along. It’s about a mile through a lovely neighborhood on a sidewalk. 100% would stay here again!

Loved staying there! We felt right at home from the beginning! Dee was very friendly and responsive to anything we needed, though we didn’t need much because the house was fully stocked! Just loved it and the lovely yard and so did our dogs and guests!!

We usually vacation through short term rentals at least 3 times a year and Dee has been the best by far with her communication and hospitality. We had the lights turned on for us along with fresh flowers, and treats when we arrived. The home was very comfortable with reclining couches which was great to watch TV and the squirrels close to the patio. The fresh oranges, lemons and grapefruit are great this time of year. It felt like the true Florida lifestyle being able to pick your own fruit while the pool sparkled. We love this location as we have family in Atlantic Beach and off Hodges Blvd. All so easy to get to. And great shopping nearby. Everything you need is at the beaches area now. Enjoyed a great dinner at Palm Valley Fish camp and Safe harbor at Mayport. Will be back again and again.

Our stay here was amazing! A wonderful host in a great neighborhood. Dee was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and was extremely helpful. We hope to return and would highly recommend staying here!
