Awesome place to explore Chicago. Great space - penthouse level with high ceiling, very stylishly furnished. Beds were comfortable. Building is secure and parking is convenience. Host is quick to respond to any questions. Would come back again!

Our family had an unforgettable experience at this place! The breathtaking city view left our girls thrilled. The spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed space created a serene and comfortable atmosphere. And let’s not forget the fantastic pool and other amenities! The convenient proximity to various attractions made our stay even more enjoyable. We found ourselves wishing for a longer trip, and without a doubt, we’ll be back!

Great spot for a family of four. The common areas were a big plus. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves! Location was fantastic and easy to walk or short drive to everything in the loop. We loved the apartment, comfy beds, nice decor, high ceilings, amazing views! Having a parking spot in the building was well worth the extra cost. The registration process was a little much, but overall everything worked out great! Cloud9 staff was very quick to respond to my inquiries.

El apartamento es hermoso, las vistas son increíbles y la ubicación inmejorable. Las cosas que nos prometimos visitar (el observatorio lo más al sur y el edificio 360 lo más al norte) quedan a menos de una hora caminando, el edificio Willis está a 10 minutos. La metro (blue line) para ir y venir desde el aeropuerto queda a poco más de 5 minutos caminando. La zona es muy limpia y se percibe mucha seguridad. El apartamento tiene una excelente disposición que lo hace muy vivible, muy completo y muy cómodo. La limpieza es impecable, además la lavadora y secadora en el apartamento son un plus muy bueno. La piscina y el jacuzzi (en el mismo piso del apartamento) se disfrutan muchísimo en la noche después de todo el día recorriendo las calles de la ciudad. El anfitrión es muy atento y responde muy rápido. Definitivamente volveré a quedarme ahí en un próximo viaje a Chicago. Súper recomendado.
