This condo was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean. I loved how close it was to the downtown area and to get to the beach area didn’t take long either. I highly recommend this house.

This was a great and relaxing place. It also was a great place to get up and doing things it was perfect for all activities something are within walking distance and if it wasn’t then it was not a far drive.

I'm starting this review biased because of the lack of getting our code to get inside when we arrived. We have 6 kids and arrived late and I did not realize until we were there that I was never given instructions nor a code to get inside. Thankfully the host was super responsive (almost instant) and got us the code to get inside. That part alone tainted my thoughts on this place. The street outside is super noisy and hard to sleep with the sound (bring ear plugs). The floors have never been mopped? (evidence of our kids feet being super dirty from walking around). You can feel the sand/dirt on the floor. Worse was our 2 yr old and 4 yr old found a drug on the floor (I believe it was ibuprofen) - thankfully I saw them find it and grabbed it and flushed it down the toilet. Price for this place was too much $$$ for what it was, the issues we experienced and the dirty floors. Personally will never stay here or recommend it. There are many other better places around.

We had a great time in Pensacola! The house was close to Palafox and Joe Patti’s, which made it easy to walk to everything we wanted to do. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

It was exactly the experience we were looking for, with a few attractions in walking distance and far enough from the beach to be a little more private for our family, would definitely stay again.
