This colorful & contemporary 2br/2ba lower unit condo is your perfect Palm Desert retreat! It sits steps from a heated pool/hot tub overlooking the palm tree lined sky and is furnished with everything needed to relax. You can watch the sunset over the mountains off the back patio, sitting around the fire pit nestled within your own "secret garden". We love furry friends! If bringing a pet there is an additional $100 fee added to the reservation at booking. A pack n play is available also. We are so excited to share our condo with you in this gorgeous community! The condo is a corner unit on the ground floor of a two story building, nestled behind the 18th tee box. It has 2br and 2ba and is in a gated, private, golf community - it’s the perfect place for all ages. The space is approximately 1300sf with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We welcome furry friends with a non-refundable $100 pet fee, plus have a pack n play available in-unit for our baby human friends! Both bedrooms have private, attached full bathrooms and are at opposite ends of the condo for privacy. Exit out the back slider and you’ll find a private patio with a BBQ, fire pit, oversized comfy chairs. Access to a sparkling pool with hot tub, and the 18th hole tee box - country club living at its best! The community itself is very active and the perfect place to walk around and meet friendly neighbors. At the community club there are various dining options, including the club house restaurant/bar and more casual daytime pool dining. For those that want more, we are able to extend golf, fitness, and tennis/pickleball court access at a neighboring club for an incremental fee. Minutes away are breathtaking hikes, amazing shopping, and all necessity stores like Ralphs, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Rite Aid, and more. All pools are available until 10 pm daily. There are 48 pools within the complex so no one pool is ever busy. The overall vibe is quiet and peaceful, so if you are looking for a party house this is not it.

Stayed at Billy’s place for Coachella and enjoyed! The condo is in a great location and the community pool was so close. Almost everything was great except for the cleanliness in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The sheets in the bed did not smell clean and had stains on them, we also found hair on the sheets so it felt a bit gross sleeping on them. The shower also had some hairs in it and the bath mats were pretty dirty. Additionally, I think they might a bee problem because throughout our stay we encountered over 7 bees crawling up through the bathroom sinks and into the home. Sheets and bathrooms aside, the rest of the place was super neat and clean!
Great place in the desert for a weekend getaway!
Great place! Very clean and comfortable. It’s perfect for two couples, the bedrooms are at the opposite end of the house, so lots of privacy. Close to restaurants. The outdoor space was very nice, loved the fire pit.
Billy and Shea were wonderful hosts. Their communication was great from the start. I loved that the home was clean and very well set up. Usually I have to clean before I let my family enter a rental home, but not this time! :) we enjoyed the safe community and we hade long walks in the neighborhood. This was a great place to stay. Looks like the photos and very clean, comfortable. We came for the tennis tournament and the location is very convenient for that. Billy’s instructions were short, simple, and easy to follow. We would stay here again.
