This place has the very basic essentials, but it is on the edge of the highway which is quite loud all night. There are also stray cats that howl through the night. There are very limited restaurant options near it and you basically need to drive anywhere you want to go from there. We reached out to Marta to ask about early check in but never heard back. The only bonus is that the place is right on the ocean so you get a great sunrise.

Great place that is as close to the ocean as you can get and not a resort/condo situation. Loved the sunrises. Unit was not luxury but the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. Be prepared for loud music almost every night (especially Sunday night) from the party goers under the bridge right next to the place. The restaurant next door also starts thumping music early and all day into the evening. I knew this going into it and there was really only one night were it was kind of ridiculous because one of the party people pulled their truck all the way past the parking barrier onto the beach and was blasting music right next to the property. The staff was very helpful and friendly and gave me grocery bags to take shopping. Filtered water provided in a big container under sink so did not have to buy water to drink.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. It was such a beautiful time being able to wake up, make coffee and sit right outside my doorstep and watch the sunset every morning. Highly recommend Pescadito Break restaurant next door which had delicious ceviche and tacos while looking out at the ocean. The only minor thing was the noise late at night which was music coming from next door. I’d recommend bringing ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that, everything was perfect and would stay again. Close to town about 10-15 mins to grab delicious food at Lupita’s

Loved staying here and wouldn’t have traded our stay here for any of the other “high rise” options nearby. There is no other place like this on the beach - the stay here was an experience in itself. Would definitely revisit!
