The property is abit out of place quite away from the main town Shillong. There is nothing much to do and traveling to Shilong was not easy due to road construction. Otherwise, everything was great about the property and people managing the proper.

The place was great. The Caretaker Julie was very responsive and friendly. Smiling always. The place was spotless and very quiet. Enjoyed. Expensive for 4 people. But it can accommodate 6 and then it becomes great.....

With Spectcular View, the place was clean and tidy. Full of Natural light and ventilation key attractions were the fire place and bamboo Machan!! Response time of host was also commendable.

Awesome place!! Property is very well maintained. We had a great time & a pleasant stay. Cliffton & Ricky both are very helpful. Ricky recommended good local places for food & best routes to reach the popular sites around Shillong. When we wanted to have home cooked food the house help did a wonderful job. I recently stayed at an Airbnb that was very disappointing. There were absolutely no provisions for tea or coffee, nor there was any cook as mentioned in their description. This was particularly inconvenient given that there were no grocery stores nearby nor food delivery options, both of which were promised in the listing description. The space reeked of an unidentifiable, unpleasant odour. The swimming pool, one of the property’s supposed amenities, was void of water and thus entirely unusable. The property had a severe pest infestation, further compromising the hygiene and overall livability of the space. The host was not only unresponsive but also openly rude when contacted for resolution. There was a complete lack of professionalism in handling guest complaints, and it seemed like there was no interest in rectifying any of the numerous issues we encountered. I cannot stress enough how misleading the listing was compared to the reality. I strongly advise everyone to look elsewhere.
