We were unable to access the back garden. The key wouldn't open the lock and there was no other way to access the garden. There was no key for the patio doors which opened onto the garden and there was no access outside of the property into the garden. We chose the property for the large garden as we took our dogs with us. It was extremely disappointing and a fire safety risk. The only access was via the front door and no other escape route could be accessed. The property describes being able to accommodate 11 people. We were a party of seven and struggled for seating in the living room which was rather small and we had to bring a dining chair in.

Overall an okay stay for the price but would 110% suggest a new cleaning company! Good space and close to Nottingham, did the job for a chilled hen weekend away. The property is on a very busy road so be aware of this when booking and when taking dogs. The main downside we found was that the property was filthy, splatter on the walls and food marks on the floor where it clearly hadn’t been mopped or hoovered. The building does require some maintenance as there’s a lot of paint peeling and chipped which isn’t really an issue just a general observation! We were more disappointed by how dirty it was upon arrival and potentially left it cleaner than we found it!

Lovely place had everything you could possible need. Booked it for work colleagues and they were all very happy there.

Great house for 2 families getting together (4 adults, 4 kids). Kitchen was well equipped, and games room was good. Had a good stay and would come again.
