We stayed in Gail’s place for a week while in town visiting family for Christmas. The apartment is located upstairs. It’s private, peaceful and quiet. The apartment has everything that you could think of ever needing. Gail was very responsive and provides excellent instructions. We definitely would stay here again on our next visit to Pinehurst!

Super nice place! The place was very clean and cozy. There were nice little touches throughout the place and you can tell the hosts really thought of just about everything. Just has a wall A/C unit but it works well enough to keep the place cool but needed the fan for a little bit more air circulation. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great 1 bedroom 2nd floor suite. Very clean and well appointed. Would stay again and recommend.

The location is awesome. The bike path is great for walking or riding. We loved the views into the surrounding hills. Moose came up to the creek areas. I expected a lot of noise from the interstate or the filling station next door and was prepared with earplugs - since we were in the summer and love to sleep with open windows. I hardly needed them. Noise was only noticeable when the windows were open. There is a loud sound that comes from the direction of the laundry room. I could never figure out why or what is was - (it happens about 3 times a day for a few minutes). The internet is fast and great for meetings and screensharing, but it is not secure and it was necessary to log in every day. We really appreciated how clean the whole place was. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped - everything seemed new and of good quality. The temperatures hit the high 80s and 90s and the split/ air conditioning kept it very cool; at night we used the ceiling fans. We would gladly come back.
