This home was expensive to rent, but was spacious, has a great pool and spa, and has a nice lawn for playing games. The was very well stocked and it was very easy to make meals there. A very special place, we loved staying here!

The place is beautiful, particularly the grounds. Our one issue was that we ended up having more than ten people in our group and asked if we could either cancel or add the two extras and they said no on both counts, but then suggested they may consider letting us cancel by asking me to apply to cancel through the app, only to still reject my request. Since this was a 40th birthday celebration I was disappointed at this way this was handled. I will say that while their emotional support animal application process was a hassle and created issues, they were awesome in working with us to approve my dog in the end, so credit where credit is due for that!

This house is absolutely incredible. Stayed with a group of friends for a long weekend and every one of us agreed that there was literally nothing that this place did not deliver on. The house, landscaping, pool, hot tub, views… just everything was amazing! The kitchen’s indoor and out are incredible and have everything you could need. We all cannot wait to come back and stay again next year!

This is an amazing, huge property!! It has a big *wow* factor with its huge house, windows everywhere, patios for days, beautiful lawn, and beyond-amazing pool and hot tub. You will not be disappointed in renting this amazing property and will wish you could bring your 50 friends - because there is definitely room for that many people to hang out and party. Unfortunately the max guest count is 10! Judging from the number of current reviews (one), Zillow information, and current short description, we believe this to be a new AirBNB listing. I hope the below information will more fully explain the property so you can make a decision on booking! There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms in the main house (one queen bedroom + full bath on the main level, primary king bedroom + full bath upstairs, queen/twin/twin + full bath upstairs, plus an extra half bathroom on the main level near the kitchen). There’s a 1 queen bedroom + 1 full bathroom in the separate cottage (far from the house - 14 stairs from the pool plus another 75 steps down a dirt path that is DARK at night). There’s 1 “bonus bedroom” + sink separate space immediately outside from the entertainment room with a loft and blow-up mattress (this isn't mentioned anywhere nor are there pictures of it). LAYOUT * All parking is outside (uncovered) and there is plenty of room for the maximum 4 cars allowed. * There are 5 steps up to the front door of the house, and this brings you to the main level. * Main Level: * Huge kitchen with an island and long table for eating or hanging out, as well as a TV. (“Full Kitchen” pictures) * Huge living/family room with a sectional couch and another long table for eating, as well as a TV. (“Living Room” and “Dining Room” in pictures) This room has the wall of tall windows which leads to “Patio 1” in the pictures. * “Bedroom 3” (queen) with purple flower comforter in pictures. All windows have blinds. It is on one side of the Jack-and-Jill bathroom (first picture in “half bathroom” but not the bidet/toilet - that’s in another bathroom, so those shouldn’t be paired together). While it says it’s a half bathroom, this isn’t true as there’s a shower that’s the last picture in “Full Bathroom 1.” [I've notified the owner, so they might fix it.] No TV in this room. * Half bathroom near kitchen and laundry room (pictured in additional photos with the black toilet). * Entertainment/Meditation room is accessible from the living/family room and is on one side of the Jack-and-Jill bathroom. It has a couch and TV. * Immediately outside the door from the Entertainment room is the “bonus bedroom” - not pictured. It’s a separate structure with a bed on the main level and sink. Then there are steep small steps to the loft with a blow-up mattress. No A/C in this bonus space. No bathroom, but it’s 10 steps to the main house. * Laundry room - big as a normal room with front loading machines. * Upstairs: * Primary bedroom with king bed - freaking huge room. (“Bedroom 1” in pictures). The office (“Office” in pictures) is a part of the room, just separated by a step. There is a TV in this room. There are blinds on the windows in the bedroom part, but no blinds for the windows in the office. Since this is basically the same space, light floods in at sunrise. If you are unable to sleep with any sunlight, you will not be able to sleep in this room. This primary room has a huge walk-in closet, row of bookshelves, and separate dressing area with full-length mirror (shown in additional photos). It has a full bath consisting of a crazy fun huge shower (“Full Bathroom 1”) and the toilet/bidet. * Queen/Twin/Twin bedroom (“Bedroom 2”). This bedroom has a drape in the middle to cut it in half if needed. There are huge stuffy chairs, fluffy rug, and a TV in this room, making it perfect for kids to sleep and hang out. There is a main window that is flanked by narrow windows on each side - the main window has a blind, but the narrow windows do not… so if you need darkness, this room won’t work for you either. This has the brightly colored “Full Bathroom 2” which additionally has a shower not pictured. * Downstairs (accessible through the Laundry Room) * Double garage with storage and a working piano (not pictured). * Single garage is the game room with a foosball table and air hockey! This is not in the pictures. Because of the small concrete space that is a garage, it can get ridiculously loud in here, but it’s a nice place to send the kids sort of far away. :) You can also open the back of the garage and then it’s a straight walk under the house to the pool. COTTAGE * The 1 queen bedroom, 1 full bath cottage is accessible by walking out the main level on to the patio, down a flight of stairs (to get to pool level), down another set of 14 stairs, and then an additional ~75 steps down a wood chip path. It’s far from the main house which can be seen as a positive or negative, depending on your party. * The bedroom is “Bedroom 4” (white comforter with green vines) and the bathroom is “Full Bathroom 3” (very white bathroom) * The cottage runs on its own water heater which didn’t have enough hot water for my taste in showers. :) * The wifi doesn’t reach the cottage, so have your hotspot ready for any device or laptop. * There is no A/C in the cottage. The bedroom has the double doors and a small window for air, so the floor fan is needed in the summer. * This TV is
