I would like to start off by saying Phillip was amazing an host and gave great instructions. I was very pleased with his professionalism however here are some recommendations for this property, front appearance is first impression and the front door was dusty & spiderwebs with dead bugs. Update the furniture (stains) & decor in the house needs brightness. The Tv’s in the rooms need to be bigger (they had to be somewhat of 40/43” couldn’t really watch a movie comfortably & shower water pressure is low. Due to the harsh rain water was coming in through the bathroom ( master bedroom) . Dining room table should updated , again host was wonderful , i just think a little bit more love and attention should be shown to this property and it will be a nice stay , and the neighborhood is kinda subpar , some of the neighbors makes the block look really bad , but the house and patio / backyard area should be able to make you forget about the neighborhood appearance.

Our stay was just what we were wanting and needed. Came into town as a family for graduation weekend at NRG. It’s clean, and comfortable, close enough to downtown for a short drive and far enough out to not deal with city traffic. If we ever come back we will be looking for this listing.

This house was affordable, super clean and me and my family felt just at home. The beds were super comfortable. Loved that we were midpoint of all my family that lives in the Houston areas. I definitely will recommend this place and will rent if we’re in the area again.

I recently stayed here an this was a beautiful home lots of space nice peaceful and private location rooms are nice and comfortable all equip with TVs bathroom were very nice both of them and clean most of all the host was nice an had clear instructions. With being said if you every in Houston this place is for you 😁

Phillips place was exactly as described and felt like right at home. It was more than enough space for my family and I to enjoy and be comfortable. It was super easy check-in and Phillip was very responsive and answered any question I had. We will definitely book again.
