Audra was on top of communication and was very polite and easy to work with. The cottage was very peaceful and you can tell she is takes pride in making sure her guests have a wonderful experience down to the smallest detail.

The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated and well taken care of. The living room had a couple additional chairs than shown in the pictures which made a cozier feel. Comfortable beds. Loved the lamps with USB and regular cord plug-ins. Audra was quick in responding with booking. When we needed help twice during our stay, she responded quickly. The downside was that the location made us feel uneasy. We were thankful for the security cameras but as two women staying there, we would have felt better with also having interior keyless deadbolt locks and/ or an alarm system.

We had an unforgettable stay at this cozy cottage in Waco, perfectly timed with the total eclipse! The backyard provided the ideal, private spot for viewing, allowing us the convenience of ducking in and out as the eclipse progressed. During totality, the sense of community in the neighborhood was truly heartwarming, enhancing the whole experience. The cottage itself was wonderfully equipped, with a well-stocked kitchen making our stay comfortable and convenient. The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, we found the neighbors to be incredibly friendly and the area felt safe. Moreover, the host's professionalism and integrity in honoring our booking were especially appreciated, given the chaos of cancellations elsewhere. We felt so lucky to have found this charming retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and delightful stay!

We stayed in a few different places during our trip throughout Texas. We thought Audra’s place was the cleanest! It was super close to all the stops in Waco. We would recommend her place to friends and we’d definitely stay again:)
