Great host and lovely accommodation
Great place to stay - the place was very clean, with enough space for 4 people and with everything ready for our arrival. I will definitely come back next summer!
We had a lovely time at Templar’s Lodge and the resort has great facilities and lots of activities we could book for the kids, all staff were very helpful. Property was clean and tidy with everything we needed. The hot tub an added bonus. Lots to do rain or shine within a short drive. Great walks for the dog and he was welcome in the cafe and shop too 😊🐶 Jason was very helpful and responsive.

We had a lovely stay with our dogs and two young children. Swimming pool was great and really warm. The hub has everything we needed as a convenience store/cafe and the food and service was good in the Retreat. The hot tub at the lodge was great, and we even had loads of games and books available in the lounge which the kids loved. The description of how to get there was a little confusing as the reference to the brambles was a red herring and airbnb app issued the wrong entry code but I always judge problems by how quickly they are fixed and Jason was immediately available at 9pm on a bank holiday, so can’t fault him. We’ll be back one day.
