We will rent out our new, modern dream home with a high standard on an undisturbed corner plot in very quiet surroundings in Benijofar, close to Torrevieja and Alicante. Benijofar is a nice and charming Spanish town with proximity to several cities, beaches, shopping, golf courses, a lot of activities and fantastic opportunities for hiking and biking. Only a short 25 min. drive from the airport in Alicante and 45 min. from Murcia airport. Three floors with open plan living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 extra toilet, storage room, air conditioning/heating in all rooms and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Electric blinds on all windows. In addition, large outdoor area with private saltwater pool (we have a pool- man), two terraces, and a large roof terrace with jacuzzi. Here you can enjoy sunbathing and swimming with very good sun conditions from early morning to late evening. The ground floor consists of living room with stylish furniture and well-equipped kitchen with everything you need including own drinking water tap, pull-out dining table with 6 chairs, smart TV, portable Bluetooth speaker, super fast wifi (600 Mb fiber). Bedroom with en suite bathroom, as well as an additional toilet and storage room. Direct access to garden/pool from kitchen, living room and bedroom. The second floor consists of a bathroom, two bedrooms, one of which has its own small terrace with café furniture. There is also access to a larger terrace with good armchairs, parasol and laundry/washing machine. All 3 bedrooms have good quality king size beds, pillows, duvets and large fitted wardrobes. On the third floor there is a large roof terrace with a sofa under the pergola, outdoor kitchen, refrigerator and jacuzzi. Beautiful views to the area and the surrounding mountains. Large fenced garden (tiled), dining table with 6 chairs, comfortable lounge furniture, sun loungers, awning/parasol, gas grill, saltwater pool (very comfortable!) and outdoor shower. We also have simple surfboards, diving masks, flippers, games etc. for free use.

Monicas hus var perfekt for os som børnefamilie, stille område, men gåafstand til spisesteder og supermarked. Vi blev mødt smilende og virkelig godt informeret, og havde vi et spørgsmål svarede Monica virkelig hurtigt. Huset var bedre end beskrevet og der var utrolig mange ting til vores børn kunne lege med i poolen og spil til om aftenen. Huset er virkelig rent og sengene utrolig komfortable. Kæmpe anbefaling fra os til Monica som vært og huset generelt .
Mooi huis op goede locatie. Winkels, bars en restaurants in de omgeving. Zwembad was echt heerlijk in een zonnige “tuin”.
Monica was a fantastic host, always available to help when needed. Villas was spotless and has everything you could possibly want to make your stay comfortable. We cannot wait to visit once again! Thank you for a lovely holiday in the sun ☀️
Monica is a great host. Very helpful and friendly, accommodating and had no problem responding to any questions that were asked. The house is beautiful and modern. The pool and amenities within the house and it's large garden are great. I would like to return to.the house again next year.

Just a few minutes walk to the center of Benijofar, with bars, nice restaurants (ex. El Gusto, Pangäa and Bambouzza), McDonalds, bakeries, butcher, shops, pharmacy, bikehire, doctor and policestation. Supermarket Coviran approx 400 meters from the house and Mercadona and Consum, approx 1 km from the house. Market Tuesdays and Fridays selling fruit, vegetables, olives, clothes etc.
Public pool, football, padel- and tenniscourt, fitness center, outdoor training (park) and skatepark close by, as well as hiking trails and parks (also playgrounds for children). Fantastic opportunities for cycling, both road and off-road.
Aquapark Rojales, Quesada bowling and mini-golf, approx 2 km from the house.
Within approx a 15 min. drive, there are unimaginable opportunities for various activities:
Beautiful beaches as Guardamar, La Mata, La Zenia, Cabo Roig
Large shopping center as Habaneras and Zenia Boulevard
Golf courses as La Marquesa Golf, Vistabella Golf, La Finca Golf
Go-Kart/paintball og Aquopolis Torrevieja
Torrevieja with approx 100.000 inhabitants can offer shopping, markets, carousels, beach and aquapark, nice beach promenade and restaurants & nightlife.
Other attractions and places to visit are the old town in Altea, Murcia, Elche, Alicante and the amusementpark Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Mundomar in Benidorm.
We recommend a car to explore the area, although you can do very well with walking, bus, taxi or bicycle.
