This rental is a well appointed apartment on a beautiful rural property. We didn’t bring our pet, but it is a pet friendly rental. Newer full size kitchen appliances make cooking and food storage easy if you’re not running to town for meals. The beds, dining room and living room furniture are new. There is a washer and dryer in unit if laundry is needed. The patio is comfortable for watching the deer on the hillside. Parking is flat and even at the patio for ease of unloading and loading vehicles. It’s a great rental for really unplugging for a bit because of location and full kitchen setup.

This was our first experience with an Airbnb, so my expectations may have been high. The stay was not unpleasant and it served its purpose. I would recommend to others. Below are some of the things we did not expect. The beds are very firm, uncomfortable to us, but some may love. The pond was 100% moss, not the owners fault, just wasn’t fishable. It is a nice looking pond though. Only couch pillows for the sleeper, not regular pillows. Only a few bath towels. Lots of wash rags and hand towels. Noise from the top level was more then expected, but I knew that was a possibility and it wasn’t late at night so it wasn’t a big deal. Zero communication from the host outside of a welcome text and a text with the door code, maybe that is how these things work. We also got an email from Airbnb with checkout instructions and those differed some from the ones on the refrigerator. We followed the refrigerator instructions. Ran out of hot water in the shower one morning. I can only assume that is because both floors had been showering. A couple of dirty dishes in the cupboard, nothing that a quick wash couldn’t fix. On a gravel road, that did not bother me but it might some people. Other reviews stated there is a grill, we did not know that, we didn’t know what areas we could access outside of the lower portion of the house and the pond. Like I said as a first experience maybe I was too picky. If you want a place in the country to relax and only a short drive to Lebanon I’d say give it a try.

This was a really nice place to stay especially if you would like to just get away and hang out for a few days. We were attending a conference so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. The kitchen was really well-stocked, there is a bbq grill in the back yard and a nice big backyard. Beds were really comfortable and we really enjoyed the feel of a home away from home rather than having to stay in two separate hotel rooms. Thanks, Sandy! Appreciated the great communication!

This quiet, very clean place was perfect for our short stay and offered all the comforts of home. Large kitchen complete with gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer - lovely, roomy bathroom with tub and shower and a generous supply of towels - two bedrooms - dining room - living room with flat-screen tv - even a washer and dryer! The host responded immediately to our inquiries, and checking in couldn't have been easier.
