Guests will adore this private end unit with open floor plan, elevated ceilings, and stunning golf course view of holes 8 and 9 of the acclaimed Ocean Winds Course. An open and airy one bedroom unit with a sleeper sofa, this property can sleep 4 guests. The living room features high ceilings, comfortable seating (including a pull-out sofa bed), new laminate flooring, direct access to the deck, and a stunning view of the greens. There is also a coffee/wet bar where guests can entertain or enjoy a beverage and Lowcountry sunset. A guest bathroom is conveniently located off of the living room area. The large kitchen off of the living room area features plenty of sunlight, ample counter space, a dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and modern updates. Guests will find plenty of room upstairs where the Master Suite is located. A king bed, TV with cable, and ceiling fan are there for your comfort and relaxation. The Master Bath includes a shower/tub and sink with vanity. A washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit for the convenience of our guests. Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. The unit is thoroughly cleaned, prepared and inspected for your stay. A modest cleaning fee will be added into your reservation for the departure cleaning and the laundering of sheets and towels. Amenity cards, that offer guests access to the pools, dining on the island, tennis and golf, are optional. They are available at a cost of $40 per day per family. You may pay for these when you go to the Amenity office. Use of the beaches and the Lake House outdoor pool are complimentary and do not require an Amenity Card. The fitness center is accessible for a fee of $16 day/per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily. What a wonderful home and experience. I loved my stay so much that I will for sure be renting again and recommending to my clients. I’m a Wedding Planner and plan about 15 weddings a year on Seabrook and can’t wait to come back soon for another amazing wedding a wonderful and peaceful place to stay.
We had a great long weekend away. This was the perfect place to unwind. The townhome was very well stocked, and we had all that we needed. Highly recommend, we will be back in the future!

Having your own source of transportation is recommended. Bicycles and LSV golf carts are available for rent. Advance reservations recommended for LSV rentals. Marina, beach, and Freshfields Village are bikeable. Rideshare vehicles are not readily available. Taxi service is subject to availability. Charleston Airport is 21 miles. Charleston Executive (private) airport is 11 miles. Amtrak North Charleston Station is 22 miles. As a private island, as per the town regulations, all vehicles entering the island require a gate pass. Drivers may be asked to show a valid US drivers license at the gate. Gate passes are $40 per vehicle (including LSV golf cart vehicles). Each property has a limit of how many gate passes can be issued per property. Please note, motorcycles and skateboards are prohibited on the island. RVs are allowed with a reservation to be stored in a designated, remote spot on the island for a fee.
