whilst the property was extremely well stocked and fairly clean, it was damp and cold. particularly in the downstairs extension bedrooms where both the ensuites and floor in the bedrooms were visibly damp in the mornings and radiators did not work. the house smelt of damp throughout. the 'living space' in the first bedroom on the first floor is tiny. much smaller than the photos make it appear which was a huge shame as we had relied on this space. the bar stools in the kitchen were falling apart with loose staples which could have risked scratching people. there are also insufficient glasses for the 10 people the listing states it will sleep (one wine glass). this was ok for us as there were only 8 of us. we hoovered and wiped throughout before leaving but without cleaning spray and with the hoover not working especially well this was difficult. however, great location particularly with the tesco opposite where additional parking can be purchased.

Very nice and cosy home to stay, the rooms are very comfortable and having their own bathrooms. Tesco is very close by. We will be visiting back.

The place was as described, location very convenient for our group and we really appreciate each room having en-suite bathroom.
