I would highly recommend Lynn's peaceful place. It was ideal for us as a base for visiting family in the area. It is carefully designed to make the most of the space and provides everything you could need. The kitchen has all the amenities and we cooked several meals. Lynn left some thoughtful goodies for our arrival which we very much appreciated after a long journey. Her communication was excellent and she always responded quickly. The generous check in and check out times are a lovely bonus and it meant we could arrive early. We loved the comfortable bed, with the sea air we slept very well indeed. The parking space right by the door is very helpful and there is extra storage in the shed if needed. We loved the shower room too, a good size shower cubicle with a hot powerful shower. Lynn is very welcoming and it was a pleasure to meet her. Kessingland is well positioned to access areas such as Southwold or The Broads and we loved our time there.

Lynn was a great host, very helpful and she left some much appreciated goodies. The place was spotless and well equipped. So close to a beautiful beach and a short walk to the pub and restaurant. Lovely to be able to have an outside sunny area to sit too. Bed and pillows were really comfy and it was good to have our own parking space.

Cliff Edge Chalet was a delightful stay. Lynn is an absolutely lovely host, great communication, friendly, local recommendations and an array of treats on arrival. The chalet is warm and cozy and the beach is a stones throw away! It was lovely waking up to the sounds of seagulls! I will happily return when visiting again.

Gorgeous chalet, very clean and cute! Lynn was lovely and so thoughtful with her recommendations for restaurants, leaflets and little gifts left for us. Great value and right on the beach. Easy to check in and onsite parking.

How do I even start reviewing our stay in what was not only the most beautiful ‘not so tiny’ property where we were made feel exceptionally welcomed by Lynn, think perfect communications beforehand and very generous welcome goodies upon our arrival. Whilst the description is 100% acurate what you don’t see from the photos is it how luxurious the house is decked out. There’s high quality in everything and it doesn’t stop there. The attention to detail is amazing with beach themed decorations and a matching colour theme. Cold outside? You’re not to worry as it’s cosy and warm inside with plenty of hot water too. We loved our mini-break and the icing on the cake was to meet our hostess Lynn for a little chat, and also briefly her husband on departure. I would love to return to this little gem at any time. Thank you Lynn for caring so much about your guests.
