Located on the Suffolk coast with direct access to the beach, you are also within a 20 minute drive from many beautiful places such as Southwold, Beccles & Pakefield to name a few, making it the perfect location. This beautiful & warming 6 berth caravan features an open plan lounge & kitchen/diner, a master bedroom (en suite), a full size twin room and a family bathroom. (Both bathrooms contain walk in showers) The Master Bedroom with en suite offers a king size bed, dressing table, chest of drawers and a spacious walk in wardrobe (plenty of hangers!). The Twin Room features from having 2 full size (3ft wide) single beds as well as a wardrobe and overhead storage. The Lounge contains two matching 3 seater sofa’s one of which converts into a comfy double bed and a large ottoman for added storage. There is a 32” Smart TV with Freesat HD box and also a wall mounted Bluetooth radio sound system with ceiling mounted speakers. The Kitchen contains all necessary amenities & then some. The washing machine, dishwasher and full size fridge freezer are all integrated. The Kitchen also features a full size gas oven and a wall mounted microwave. Along with thermostatically controlled central heating, the caravan also has residential spec insulation making it perfect for the winter & colder months. All of the windows are double glazed and the lounge also contains an electric fire which really makes it warm and cosy during the winter period. On the outside of the caravan you can enjoy relaxing on the decking. This contains outdoor furniture and is a beautiful place to sit and watch the sunset in the summer.
