The second double bedroom and twin room is to the rear of the house, overlooking the garden. Down stairs is a cosy and bright bay-windowed lounge with 2 x two-seater sofas and a smart TV. The dining room will comfortably seat 6 at meal times or to play games of an evening. The well equipped kitchen is brand new and fitted with a gas oven for those who wish to cook. Tea, coffee, cooking oil, and basic condiments are provided. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and basin and is situated on the ground floor. Step outside the kitchen into a secure gated courtyard. The garden is separate from the house (a shared path divides the courtyard and garden ). The spacious garden is for guests’ exclusive use and has a seating area with garden furniture. The garden is fenced and gated, so it is secure for children and dogs. There is a large pad-locked shed if you wish to store bikes, fishing rods, or kayaks. (You do so, at your own risk) There is fast broadband with free Wi-Fi during your stay. There is also a Smart TV in the lounge, which has Netflix, you can also sign into your own subscription accounts. We have over 100 DVDs for you to choose from.
