We had a great stay here. The cottage was everything it promised to be. The area was quiet and you could even hear the sea at night with the window open. It was a perfect place to explore the surrounding area from. We would come again.

A lovely house, close to the beach and lots of other places. Clean, tidy and always nice to go to a place with a kitchen which has a good few basics like salt and pepper!!! Highly recommended, will look to go again!!

From the moment we stepped through the front door we felt right at home. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and everything we could have needed was there including a welcoming cup of tea or coffee. Every amenity has been well thought out and provided and it was a total pleasure staying at the cottage. We will definitely be booking again.

A cosy terraced cottage with a mixture of modern and traditional decor. The house is well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was also (unlike some airbnbs) reasonably priced. Kessingland is a large village with good amenities (pub, shops, public library, church) and of course a beautiful beach. Very handy for the A12 so it is easy to get to other places as well. The only small downside is there is no back garden to sit out in on a warm summer evening; there is a tiny front garden and a sort of garden/dustbin passage at the back but it does not really matter because the beach is only five minutes' walk away and there is a children's playground at the end of the road. We went in April so we did not have any warm nights to sit out on anyway! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely few days here with the dog. Cottage was clean and very welcoming, you found everything that you needed. Parking was easy in near free car park. Lovely dog friendly pub at the beach with friendly staff. Our dog and us loved the beach close to the cottage. Garry was very helpful when communicating, he even let us know that cleaning after previous guests was done earlier than expected, so we could check in earlier if we wanted to!
