Cosy victorian mid-terrace a short walk from beautiful Kessingland beach and a proper local pub, the Sailor's Home. The perfect base for exploring Suffolk's coastline or just lazy days on the beach. With space for up to six guests in three bedrooms The house has a cosy living room with smart tv at the front, leading to a modern kitchen/diner with range cooker. Just off the kitchen is a recently renovated bathroom. Bedrooms are all upstairs with two king-sized double beds in two bedrooms and a bunk bed providing the other two beds in the back.

Family of 4 with a dog. We had a great time. House is a lovely Victorian terrace with the usual character and charm of a house this old. Well kept. Aleyna & Sam we're really helpful when we needed them. We didn't eat in the restaurant on the front but went the Sailors Home pub every day and loved it. Its a proper pub with good real ales and really friendly. The beach here is wonderful & wild and of course you have so much more just a short drive away. Thanks.
lovely host and a nice house to stay in, very steep stairs but that's expected with an old property, very close to the beach and it's nice and quiet which is perfect for reactive dogs like ours

Small village feel, with the beautiful rugged, wild beach at the end of the road. A pub with great ales and open fire, a friendly village stores & a fabulous fish and chip shop all in walking distance. Close to Lowestoft and all amenities.
We have private parking for 1 car just down from 285 Sunrise, there is a large carpark down by the car park. There is a bus service to Lowestoft, Norwich and Southwold, twice an hour during the day. From Lowestoft there are trains to Norwich, the fastest being 35 mins.
