We had such a wonderful stay at Laurent’s studio! It was comfortable, clean and as pictured. The views from the balcony are stunning. The area is quiet and peaceful, short walk to the beach and pool, very walkable along the beach to all the great food restaurants and beach bars in Orient Village, and a short drive to Grand Case. Laurent was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We also appreciated the reserved parking spot. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Perfect spot to enjoy the island.

An incredible experience all-around. The apt. was clean, well-stocked and tastefully decorated. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood. A beautiful 10 minute walk on the beach takes you to all Orient Bay beach has to offer. Highly recommended. We’ll be back again!

We had a great time at Laurent's flat. It really did feel like home. Beautiful views (everyday). The flat was updated and felt very secure. A daily walk and or stay on the beach was always on our to do list. Beach towels, chairs, sun umbrella are also provided. The Flat is close to restaurants (take out or eat in), Pinel Island, Grand Case, Orient Beach & Super U grocery store. Next to the Super U is a pharmacy as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the donkeys that roamed around the neighbourhood. Something you don't see everyday! Laurent was always quick to respond and very helpful. We recommend renting this flat in an instant. Don't waste time just book it!. We will definitely rent this unit upon our return to SMX. Merci Beaucoup Laurent for such a great place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Laurent’s. The views from the patio are breathtaking. Exactly like the pictures and possibly even better. The location is great. We walked to Orient village which had plenty of restaurants to choose from. Laurent was a great host! He was always quick to reply. We look forward to staying here again.

Our stay at Laurent’s place was great. Very relaxing and enjoyable.
