Perfect place to stay for exploring Montrose and the surroundings. We were able to walk to breakfast and lunch easily and explore downtown. We were also within minutes of the mountain biking trails and 20 minutes of the Black Canyon. The place is a bit funky- it's part of an old Mexican restaurant converted to condos- but I kind of think that adds to its charm! I really liked having three bedrooms and the beds were pretty comfortable. The kitchen is small but workable and the living area was comfy. Be warned- there are no windows other than skylights in this property. I thought this was fine since we were there for the weekend and not an extended stay. If you plan to stay for awhile, you may want to take advantage of the small porch out front to get some morning sunshine and recharge your Vitamin D. Overall, this place is perfect.

Scott & Mark’s place was the perfect location for us - a group of co-workers in town for a conference. Comfortable and spacious apartment; walking distance to restaurants, breweries and the distillery; easy to find and close to the conference location. We attend this conference every year, and I would happily stay there again!
