This listing in Smyrna was absolutely wonderful! I cannot express how much fun my friends and I had for our reunion here. This listing is perfect for larger groups requiring multiple bedrooms. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet and safe as well. The commute time from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) averaged about 30 minutes, but any commute is worthwhile for this exceptional accommodation. Our group of seven has stayed in many AirBnBs over the years, and this was by far the best experience we had. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts!

This Southern Charm location is quiet and comfortable. There was lots of room for me and my family. Younger and older family members found lots of things to like about the home. The more mature people liked the calm atmosphere, the large spaces, and the kitchen amenities. Our younger ones liked the games and television sets that are provided. Brandon and Tiffany are accessible but they also give you plenty of space to enjoy your time. We would stay there again.

Overall, this place was great! The only downfall of this stay was that the Jack & Jill bathroom lacked hot water in the shower and the water pressure in all bathrooms/showers were less than adequate. Further, the master bath toilet rocks side to side. This placed offered the peace we were looking for and offered us quick access to grocery stores and restaurants. Additionally, it advertises sleeping accommodations for 8 guests (which it definitely can), however, only 6 bath towels, wash clothes and hand towels were provided, so we had to purchase a few ourselves. There was 1 Roku remote and it was labeled for the Living Room, but did not operate any other TVs in the home, but Roku was present on all TVs. On day 1 while 6 of us were at the store, maintenance came in unannounced, which was a little odd. Overall, it was a great stay!
