I can't say enough about Melody's property. I felt very safe and secure, with the locking gate (with remote) and secure cottage. The room was immaculate and the grounds were beautiful. Check-in was very clear and flexible (I arrived late). The bed was super comfy, plenty of fresh water, dishes, linens etc. I worked while I was there and the wifi was hefty with plenty of bandwith for Zoom calls etc. The propane was out one morning and Haylie had it replaced within minutes! I also extended my stay last minute, very much appreciate the flexibility. I miss falling asleep to the sounds of the jungle! Thank you! - CJ

This was such an awesome place to stay, it was everything I needed, also just as described. The hostess Melody and also Haley was so sweet, just put their personal touch of aloha on everything! We absolutely loved the flexibility and easy instructions for check in and everything about it, we would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and peaceful place and great for checking out the Milky Way, on a gorgeous starry night! They were very kind and sweet, showed so much aloha, which is what this world needs more of. How they keep the place clean, is how you know they care about the guests well being, I can’t wait to revisit! There was 1 issue! It was that I didn’t wanna leave.. The place looks like a new build and very clean. They have several kid friendly things to do such as trampoline Zipline. It is about 25 mins from the national park and amenities and food. Peaceful surroundings and quiet especially if there is no one in the next cabin. It got a bit chilly inside during evenings and mornings even with the portable heater. We enjoyed the place and our daughter had fun.b

I will say this is a lovely place. Peaceful, serene, everything you need. The forest noises were lovely with frogs in the evening, and the rain hitting the roof was so lovely. I will say the first week at the location was a dream. I was on the property by myself and it was lovely. That being said, a woman down the road fosters dogs, and there was a barker from 6am onward. When the renters for the tent arrived, it became quite noisy. As there is no way to dampen the noise from the adjacent tent, I used my headphones quite a bit. Also, the shower and lavatory are attached to this flat. So when someone used the washroom at 5:45 am, I heard everything. And then the pump kicked on. I would have appreciated knowing this prior to booking my stay, as I don't appreciate listening to someone going to the bathroom while waking up. I would recommend this place, knowing some of the challenges. Just bring some headphones/earplugs!

Nice little cottage in a quiet place. Comfortable and very nicely decorated. We had a very nice stay.
