I recently stayed in this place that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted with friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The place itself was beautiful, with modern and stylish decor throughout. My room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed for a great stay. I particularly enjoyed the luxurious bathroom.

Beautiful and well maintained complex just a few steps from a very nice beach. Great spot for a family getaway. Very nice and serviceable staff.

The booking was very easy to make, considering we booked last minute (basically) and only needed the room for 1 night! The reception was very accommodating considering we also arrived about a half hour early too. We didn't get the actual room we booked and placed us in the same type of accommodation because they were having issues with the hot water in the original booked room.....with that being said, they were quick to place us in the new room, instead of us finding out afterwards and possibly having to make a room change anyway :D The grounds are beautiful, as well as the beach it sits on! It was very quiet and very relaxing.....we're only sorry we didn't get a chance to eat at the on site restaurant. Should I find myself in Puerto Plata in Playa Dorada, I would definitely stay in Riviera Azul again to enjoy the many other amenities that can be found within the complex. Thank you again for you hospitality and friendliness in accommodating our stay!
