Lovely spot and good communication though for the price we thought things like having tissues, shampoo/conditioner for more than a single use, a water filter, and some of the nice basic touches would have been waiting for us. Not having it made it feel very transactional and cold. Even better if for the property manager and owner.

We had a lovely family trip to Santa Barbara from Seattle despite the big storm that arrived during the second half of our stay. The view out the backyard of the property is magical, and we loved sitting out there on the nice days and hearing the birds. The house is a quick drive (or hilly walk or run) to Ellings Park which has great trails and playground, and also a quick drive into Santa Barbara to the beach and to restaurants. The house is well appointed and it's clear that this is not just a rental and is lovingly cared for. Plenty of space with all bedrooms having a king bed and three bedrooms upstairs which worked great for us. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay here. The area is private and safe but easy access to Santa Barbara main town. Spencer was very responsive and helped above and beyond with some additional help we needed. Beautiful sitting in the peaceful garden listening to your own woodpeckers and humming birds! Easy walk or run down to Hendry’s beach and Boathouse restaurant or round run via Ellings Park. Definitely recommend the place. Thank you!

This is a gorgeous, comfortable, well-appointed home in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Decorated beautifully. Fully-stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The bedrooms are plush with comfy beds and carpeting. Tons of towels, blankets etc. Sunsets and sunrises in the backyard are stunning. A 3 minute drive to Hendry’s beach and Elings Park. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Communication was clear & prompt. Thank you for a lovely and memorable Christmas holiday!
