Our family of 5 stayed here for a week over Christmas time and it was great! Ping was very quick to help us with any issues we had, returned messages quickly, and was friendly! The apartment was true to the advertisement, and was in a great location. Having the cute convenience store directly beneath us was an added plus!!

We had a spectacular stay at 27 1/2 Rue Coulliard. Location is perfect if you want to immerse yourself in the historic site of old Quebec City. I was very pleased with the amenities this condo is equipped with, which makes it very convenient. For me, it was the in-unit washer and dryer that sold me for this condo and I was right, because we ended up using it everyday. Nice to walk around in perfectly clean fresh clothes. The smart TV and the washer were very handy and work perfectly. Shower and faucets work very well too, with more than enough water pressure and hot water was bountiful. I did give 5 stars in every aspect, but improvements can be made in furnitures including the beds, coffee table, sofa et cetera but they did not bother me too much as this condo has many values that outperform its weakness.

We enjoyed staying in this upper level apartment. It was private, clean and cosy in an amazing location. Martin, host replied to our messages very promptly. He provided us with the information that we needed for our stay. A great place to stay. Thank you.
