Jennifer is a lovely host communication was brilliant throughout. Directions, check in and instructions were explained thoroughly. The retreat it self was lovely I was just unfortunate with the weather so couldn't full advantage of the space.

I was really disappointed by some of the things in the property. We ended up leaving on saturday as the place was just so cold. When trying to light the fire, the logs were not lighting as they were all damp. Same with the hot tub, it wasn’t emptied from whoever used it the time before so we didn’t experience the hot tub unfortunately. For £260 for 2 nights, half a toilet roll was all we were given and we had run out by Saturday morning. Shower was extremely hot then cold and wouldn’t stay at a level temp. We felt the place was slightly overgrown with thorns so we had to be very careful our dog didn’t walk through them. It’s a beautiful location and the views are stunning but unfortunately we left feeling quite deflated by the whole experience. I would maybe suggest a small heater in the property for anyone who is unable to light the fire as the logs were so damp. Also a welcome pack with what is around would have been helpful. I didn’t contact the host but had no reply.

Amazing views, lots of things to do within a 30 mile radius. Waking up to peaceful fields and then getting into the tub after a long day of walking well made it worth the price! Jen was quick and responsive and the instructions to the place were very helpful!

Was lovely and clean! easy instructions to get there. Would love to stay again thank you
