Ladies, do you some time to yourself, or with a friend ?Ascend the spiral staircase to your own personal bright, sunshiny oasis. Your stay is all about the view, from beautiful dawns and sunrises over the water, to sunsets, twilight, stars and sky scapes. See it all through any of three skylights from your comfy bed… “ Artist’s light” …If you need creative inspiration, and peaceful moments to just reflect and restore, this is your space. Solo female / couple vaccinated guests only. This is a beautiful space on a salt pond near the ocean with water views and gardens. We share the kitchen, and screened porch, but you have the dining, and 2 living areas to yourself, as well as up the spiral stairs your tower ensuite including full bathroom with jetted tub , toilet, sink, shower, closet, and coffee / vanity nook. You also have your own private deck off the bedroom and another off the living room with teak loungers as well as a shared deck in the back. You have full use of the kitchen, living area, dining, and screened in porch. My partner Doug is here with me on weekends, but if guest is a single gal, he will wait until Saturday afternoon to arrive so your arrival evening will be extra quiet . The finished basement ( door seen next to outdoor shower) is off limits. You may also use the outdoor shower with amenities under the back deck for after beach days or pre spa! Shared backyard with 2 swingchairs and gas or wood firepit. Have kayaks and you are welcome to check out the dock, and salt water pond, all at own risk of course. Vests are required by law which I have for your use. I am generally on site, puttering in the ever transitioning gardens, but will give you space and make myself scarce when you want some alone time! Gas grill available by request. I will open and close the swim spa for you to use privately, by appt. I will show you how it works to get those beautiful lights, waterfalls, and jets going on your back, but am on site to take care of the maintenance, so you don’t have to.

Robin greeted us upon arriving and we felt so welcomed. There was an bucket filled with ice, water, basket of treats and cute cups and brief instructions when you entered the house. It was the perfect retreat getaway with my best friend. The house and our room was absolutely stunning. The views from our room of the maintained flower beds, the water, and then there were 3 skylights and many big windows that allowed so much light in. It was very airy and we felt so refreshed with the air circulating our space. Everything was provided down to bug spray, bath products, endless supply of hot beverages, robes, and she left these sachet bags of lavender to go home with. We used the fire pit spa pool/hot tub and it was so relaxing that we fell asleep so quickly in the comfy bed. We enjoyed birdwatching as they felt welcomed on her property. Everything about this girls trip was perfect at Robin’s Airbnb. She was so kind, informative and thoughtful. I highly recommend for anyone to come stay her

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay! This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Location aside ( we wanted proximity to Ninigret State Park which was less than a mile away), Robin’s place is beautiful, both home and surroundings. And Robin defines Superhost! Accommodating, friendly, generous, there’s nothing she has not thought about to make her guests’ stay enjoyable and relaxing. We will definitely look to stay here again! Thank you Robin!!

We have a flat, private neighborhood with lots of beautiful gardens and water views, which is nice for an easy mile walk or ride if you want to bring your bike. It is fairly quiet except for occasionally boisterous neighbors and groundskeeping noise. We have a private HOA with rules for safety, and good neighbors who definitely keep an eye out without being intrusive. Guests are welcome on my private dock, but are not allowed on the HOA dock down the street.
There is free parking in the driveway, and you will definitely need a car for getting around. Charlestown beaches are about 1.6 to 2.6 miles in either direction off busy Rt 1, and there are a few great local shops and restaurants. If you wander further up rt 1 in one direction you have Misquamicut beach in Westerly, then Watch Hill. In the opposite direction you have Wakefield, Narragansett, and a 25- 45 min drive to Newport, depending on traffic. All have great views, spas, restaurants and these days, reservations are strongly recommended, so definitely check that out when you book!
