Captivatingly bright and airy, this spacious new apartment offers you all the modern comforts for a relaxing stay. You will love the open-plan living/dining space with fully-equipped modern kitchen and a walkout to a large private balcony with breathtaking panoramic sea views. It also features 2 bedrooms with closets, a second balcony, 1 full bathroom with large shower and laundry facilities, air conditioning in all rooms, TV, free WIFI, plus a private parking space! A 5 min walk to the beach. The apartment features beautiful tall vaulted wooden ceilings throughout, and a full-width double walkout to a private balcony where you can relax day or night, enjoy the peace and tranquility it offers, and gaze at magnificent sea views. The open-plan “great room” features a large wall with built-in TV, free WIFI, plus a comfortable sitting area and separate dining space. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped allowing you the option to prepare meals at home should you choose. Whether you're cooking, eating your meals, or simply relaxing, you will enjoy the stunning views from every vantage point of this lovely space. The bathroom is also fully-equipped with modern amenities, including rainfall shower and body jets, plus a washing machine for your convenience. The larger bedroom features a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobe and a walk-out to a private balcony with sea views. The second bedroom also features a built-in wardrobe, plus a sofa which converts into a generous-sized double bed. This room can be used as a bedroom, or as a private office or lounge space. If required, there is also a comfortable portable cot available for an additional guest which can easily be set up in the larger living space. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning / heating for your comfort any time of the year.

This is truly a five star place to stay. Modern, spacious, and it has a fully equipped kitchen plus the best shower we have ever had in an Airbnb with plentiful, hot water. The views to the sea and the mountains are excellent. Located a beautiful 20 minute drive from Nafplio where you can find everything you need. There are also lots of local shops and restaurants nearby. We spent our five days traveling a few hours in each direction to beautiful towns and villages. We would happily stay here again if we were anywhere near the area. Private covered parking was really nice!

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans le logement de Timi, la vue est spectaculaire, tout était très propre et le parking est très utile. Je dois dire que c’est le logement avec le plus d’équipements que j’ai fait sur Airbnb (machine à laver, lave vaisselle). Nous avons également eu des fruits et de l’eau ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter

Superb apartment with an amazing sea view! Very clean and modern accommodation with a nice balcony and all equipment needed. Xiropigado is a small town surrounded by beautiful nature with famous places like Nafplio, Mycenae, Corinth and Epidavros reachable by car. Small grocery stores are nearby. The host was easily accessible and flexible. The check-in was very easy thanks to the clear instructions. We had a very nice stay!

We love staying at Timi’s place! The unit was so clean, spotless and tidy! Magnificent view from the window, also with a nice balcony, you can feel at home and relax just when you arrive in the place! We love how Timi and Frank taking care of their unit so well, that you can see that they’re really care about the quality of their property and amenities. Especially the bathroom! That’s the bathroom supposed to be to spoil the guest!! Very modern shower with some options, and perfect water pressure. This one we hardly find in any other place! We were welcomed by Timi and Frank upon our arrival, they’re very nice couple and communication were great! They prepared for us fruit basket ( with the most tasty orange I’ve ever tried ) on the table, bottles of drinking water and wine in the fridge! Overall, it was a great stay in Timi’s place, we wish we could stay longer. And the view along the way to this place is amazing! Thanks again Timi & Frank for letting us stay there!❤️

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Es gibt nichts, was es nicht gibt. Auch die Küche ist vollständig. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Vielen Dank an Timi & Francesco für die tolle Zeit in ihrer Wohnung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Auch danke für die vielen uns guten Tipps für die Umgebung.

The village:
Xiropigado is a small seaside village in the municipality of North Kynouria, in Eastern Arcadia, Greece. It is located 150 km from Athens (approx 2 hours) in the Peloponnese region. It is situated on the west coast of the Argolic Gulf, and due to its advantageous position between mountain and sea, it has an exceptional climate all year round with minimal humidity. It is an ideal location for anyone seeking a relaxing beach vacation but also a close distance to the historic city of Nafplio. We hope you will have fun exploring its beaches and coves (some only accessible by water), its delicious tavernas and cafes, churches, local shops, and of course, its people. The closest towns are Kiveri to the north (7 km) and Astros to the south (10 km).

Argos (20 km) is considered the oldest continuously inhabited city in Europe, and today is one of the major centres for the area. You can visit to shop, dine or explore its numerous ancient monuments.
Mycenae (30 km) is one of the most important archaeological sites of Greece famous for its Cyclopean Walls, the Lion Gate (Bronze Age citadel) and the Treasury of Atreus (Tomb of Agamemnon).
Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus (48 km) is the finest, best preserved ancient theatre of its kind. Known for its astounding acoustics, it is still being used today to host unique performances primarily during the annual summer Festival of Epidaurus.

If you have a vehicle, you'll have access to a private parking space on the property. The beaches in the immediate area, as well as beachfront tavernas/cafes are a short downhill walk. Nearby shops and amenities (grocery, pharmacy, bakery, etc.) are best accessed by car or bike but are accessible on foot as well if you don't mind the longer walk. If you prefer to drive, finding street parking around the village is generally quite easy.
