advertised as great for hybrid work with speedy internet. couldn't locate internet. this was locked in owners bedroom and not on. Cupboard doors were falling off when we opened them as we and the other couple who was letting the other bedroom found out when looking for internet connection and coffee cups. no wood was left in house as per advisement and the glass door on the wood heater had a crack.

A very friendly host in an absolutely beautiful, peaceful location! The lake was just across the road and I enjoyed riding my bike around it then along the river with the mountains in the background. Even though the house had all the amenities (TV etc) my favourite thing to do in the evening was sit on the rocking chair on the porch with a good book. Carol drove hours back from her camping trip to welcome me to her Airbnb and was very helpful and full of local tips. Even when she went back to her campsite she stayed in contact to make sure everything was going well. As a bonus, there was prosecco and lemons from the tree. The bed was super comfy.

Carol is a wonderful host. We got all the information and support that is necessary and much more! We had nice room with comfortable bed and access to large bathroom. Carol is not only the host but a huge source of knowledge about the region. I strongly recommend staying with her.
