Interior: Casale Le Tre Querce consists of a main building and an annex a few metres away. MAIN HOUSE The house has two floors set in a circular design that connects the rooms on the ground floor. The main entrance leads, on the left, to the open-plan sitting and dining room with fireplace, armchairs, sofa, chairs and table where guests can dine together in pleasant company. Next is the large fully-equipped kitchen with fireplace that communicates with the breakfast room furnished with table and chairs. The kitchen door has direct access out to the external dining area. Completing the floor is the laundry room and a bathroom with shower. A brick staircase leads up to the first floor with four spacious double bedrooms (one of which with an extra single bed) with air conditioning that share a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with shower and tub.
